We're excited to announce an opening for a Cocktail Bar Person at our brand new distillery and cocktail bar located in the vibrant area of Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. If you're passionate about mixology, thrive in a fun and creative environment, and have a valid RSA certificate, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
• Contribute to menu development and creative drink ideas.
• Adhere to all RSA guidelines and responsible service practices.
• Manage stock and inventory.

Requirements

• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• A passion for cocktails and mixology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
